Who We Are
Kingfisher Recruitment has been connecting South African businesses with the right people since 1987, and our longevity is no accident.
We are deliberately boutique and selective by choice. Rather than chasing volume, we specialise in roles where getting it right truly matters. Over the years, we’ve seen the lasting impact of the right person in the right role.
We focus on finding the person whose culture, chemistry, and capability align with the company hiring. This means taking the time to understand our clients properly: their environment, expectations, and the dynamics that don’t always appear in a job spec. Equally, we invest in knowing candidates as people, not just profiles, through detailed interviews and thoughtful “inner-views.”
Because of this approach, we don’t send stacks of CVs, just the ones that fit the client. We focus on roles that require judgement, discretion, and a human understanding of fit. The result is placements that last and client relationships that grow over time.
